At Solah Kala Art & Craft, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. Since each item is carefully curated, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect product selection
Minor color variations due to screen differences or handcrafted nature of products
Delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances

No Cancellation Policy
 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely dispatch, and therefore, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests.
